• Equifax score is greater than 640 and no charge offs greater than $2,500
• Average monthly income is greater than $25,000
• 2 years in business
• No recent Merchant Cash Advances
• Bank account balances are greater than $5,000 on most occasions and no NSF's
• The business appears profitable (balances are consistent and not deteriorating)
• Business doesn’t not appear to be over-leveraged
• No reverse consolidations
• Rates start from mid-teens and then adjusted for risk
• Terms – 10 -52 weeks
